Did You Give Birth to Ichabod?

We get happy because we see a baby but I want to show YOU something in EZRA...Some of us had married to idol worshippers in the SPIRIT ( and in the natural ) and gave birth to THEIR SEED...
Ezra 10:3 Therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the foreign wives and their children, according to the counsel of my lord and of those who tremble at the command of our God; and let it be done according to the Law.

There are ministries that are babies of FOREIGN WIVES...there are people that are holding on to that very thing that God have with drew HIS presence from and we think we can make GOD bless it...God is asking us today are we still trying to keep ICHABOD alive???

Did You Give Birth to Ichabod?

I was really wanting to let Ichabod alone..But his cry is sounding in the church... You hear the baby name Ichabod and you see his ancestors...Well to ease some religious minds you see the spirit that they carry....

Ichabod's Grandfather was Eli... A priest that sat out of position....He kept the title but sat beside a post...instead of being on post.....

1 Sam 1:9 So Hannah rose after they had eaten and drunk in Shiloh. Now Eli the priest was sitting on his seat beside a post of the temple (tent) of the Lord.

He had the title and he idolized the object of the temple but he did not serve the Holy one that the temple was created for...We often build this grand building and say it is the lord's House but we wind up serving the Temple and the religious rituals instead of the actual Owner of the House.....

1 Sam 3:14 Therefore I have sworn to the house of Eli that the iniquity of Eli's house shall not be atoned for {or} purged with sacrifice or offering forever.

Eli PUBLIC life was Holy but HIS private life was left untouched by God...He wore the Ephod and gain the respect of the public, he performed the duties of religion but never allowed the power of God rule His entire life. Read Matthew 23:28

Eli had more interest in the symbols of His religion such as the Ark of Covenant instead the actual God which it represent for...He saw His self as the protector of the covenant and forgot about the Creator...He enjoyed the thought that He was a Priest He enjoyed the fact that the ark was in His possession....

I HAVE TO ADD HERE...Does this not fit in with the Word God gave Prophetess Johnson and the Vision God gave me??? Are we trying to make God take care of something He never had part of????

Eli sons deliberately committed sin..It was not sin of ignorance they were sons of the Priest......

1 Sam 2:29 Why then do you kick [trample upon, treat with contempt] My sacrifice and My offering which I commanded, and honor your sons above Me by fattening yourselves upon the choicest part of every offering of My people Israel?

1 Kin 2:27 So Solomon expelled Abiathar [descendant of Eli] from being priest to the Lord, fulfilling the word of the Lord which He spoke concerning the house of Eli in Shiloh.
